A Picture Says a Thousand Words!

So we (I) have established that online dating is like a job interview. Picture beside are Tinder profile pictures.

Tinder, the app that people use to hook up and the first thing we (women) see is a picture of Joker. Heath Ledger was probably the best Joker, why was he the best? Because he was so damn scary!! Imagine swiping on Tinder before bed.. No lights except from your phone and then you come across this picture. I almost shit my pants, this Joker picture is equivalent to the Exorcist girl!

Then there are those who have no profile picture to a doomed Paris picture?? What the hell are these people thinking? But I think the picture below takes the Cake.

Soo... what I gather from this picture is that he likes to smoke up and play with his apps. Cute, but Louis, you are defeating the purpose of Tinder. NO ONE IS GOING TO SWIPE RIGHT! Sure he may have created a characture out of himself because he maybe insecure. But isn't the whole point of online dating to put yourself out there?

People say online dating is quicker, and less time consuming. But I beg to differ. You spend all this time talking to someone and something like a voice or the way they look in person can turn you off. The mystery of the person is so hyped up in online dating that your imagination runs wild. But as soon as you are faced with reality, you realize little things that you didn't even know bothered you starts to bother you.

My advice to those Tinder daters, Tinder is an instant gratification dating app. Please put the most recent picture of yourself! Don't hide who you are. If you don't get swiped yes, who cares! You will forget about it in 3 seconds.

 I went on Bumble because I was falsely hopeful yet again... My work friend have gone on some amazing dates (she pays for Bumble, I should real pay at least for two month). The date that I recently went on. Slowly Being Ghosted??

 Not too sure what happened after date 3.. He was all of a sudden a lot busier.. didn't message as much. I sort of understood where he was coming from.. He doesn't trust his trainers so I guess he has taken on more clients, considering he charges $250/hour that goes straight to his pockets. We were supposed to go on date 4 on Thursday because on Friday, I was going to Chicago.... but he had messaged Thursday afternoon to tell me he's not in a condition to meet up and have a conversation.. and slowly.. the messages are far and in between... sus?
